Our property was formerly managed by a long-established family-run estate agent. We had an excellent relationship with them, so we were mortified when the owner decided to sell the business. Northwood had a hard act to follow! But they have been a worthy successor, despite our initial apprehension. Everyone in the office is friendly, courteous, and very efficient. We highly recommend Northwood to any prospective buyer or tenant.

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with.
