From my personal experience of dealing with JNR Properties supporting a friend, JNR failed to return a holding fee after they made repeated errors on letting documents and my friend withdrew with concerns. I've seen JNR repeatedly send inaccurate documents and receipts with mistakes. Also - JNR has made what I believe are really unfair demands about guarantors, demanding the deeds to the home of my friend's family member to validate them! this is so invasive and completely not proportionate. Terrible service - avoid!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
