I had a great experience with Sophie managing leak issue in my property. It was still on builder warranty and she made tremendous effort to chasing contractor and managing the tenant. The problem required removing plasterboard, fixing leak, drying the bathroom, replacing the plasterboard and fitting back basin. The issue was managed very professionally despite slow responsiveness of contactor. I'm very satisfied how everything had been handled.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
