I can’t recommend Pilkington Estates enough, I had a niche property which was on the market with a couple of estate agents for a couple of years and was receiving very few viewings. I was contacted by Pilkington's who said they would like to take my property on, it was just before Christmas so wasn’t expecting much but thought what had I to lose. Well! they were brilliant within a day or two of going on the market I was being flooded with viewings- some Saturday’s as many as six and with this amount of interest the property was soon under offer and sold.
They were always professional, friendly, and extremely helpful always offering constructive advice .
