Property maintenance/management department not responsive. They left us with no hot water for few days. Nobody picked up the phone or responded to emails, the letting department washed their hands saying it’s not them dealing with maintenance.
Other maintenance issues like not working radiators, leaks, etc were not addressed through the all length of the tenancy.
The deposit hasn’t been returned for very long time despite of no grounds for it to be held back. They’re just not in hurry to review inventory.
