Comment on agent fees
Fees are high especially month and half deposit then a months rent up front with admin fees etc.... but to be honest money aside I can see why the fees are there they all go that extra mile

Comment on agent fees
I did find the Admin fee rather expensive considering we had to pay a month and a half plus first months rent - inventory fee / admi fee and credit check fee - I found to be high

Both of these members of staff deserve a mention. They are both a credit to Connells and their excellent levels of service have certainly taken away a lot of the worries and tedium of being a landlord.

they were remiss in checking the first buyer in the chain was in a fully preceedable position which subsequently after 5 months has now resulted in a non sale for the 3 houses involved when the owner wanted to move with in 6 weeks...
