Went to see this flat. Perfectly pleasant. The agent invited me to make an offer which I did. I provided proof of funds as requested. I rang the office to check the offer had been received and it had. I checked the agent was there as she was not answering my emails. No reply. No reply to repeated emails. No reply to messages. Aren't agents obliged to put forward offers they receive? I feel they had some other agenda and am trying to find out what. I would not be happy with this if I was selling a property.
