I had no knowledge of Lincoln Estate Agents & arranged 3 appraisals, Michael Brown from Starkey & Brown was the first to arrive. He was professional efficient, thorough & informative about the selling process & gave me a brochure with all staff members who would be dealing with the sale. As promised, all staff kept me informed throughout the whole process. I was very impressed by them all.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
