We recently completed on the purchase of a house in Rackheath. This was quite a drawn out purchase due to the house unfortunately being subject to Probate, the original offer being agreed at the beginning of August. Throughout the 4 plus months of this purchase, the team at Arnolds Keys (James Martell – Charlie Green – Chrissy Plaskett – Sherrie Meredith) have provided an absolutely fantastic service to us. Including:
• Outstanding communication
• Making time for us to revisit the property on numerous occasions
• Liaising with our solicitors on our behalf
• Very sensitively liaising with the vendor at a time which has obviously been very distressing for them.
Thank you for making what could have been a very tricky purchase run as smoothly as it did!
