I have had dealing with various EA who do not always maintain professionalism however, the Alvaston Branch always presented as welcoming and polite.
They were welcoming and kind when I contacted them initially to view a property right through to when I completed on my purchase.
I cannot fault the Alvaston Branch, I highly recommend. A big thank you to Tracy Fox who kept me up to date throughout the process, she always ensured that she got back to my enquiries as soon as she could, and always kept me informed (which is very important when you're buying a property).
