Excellent service from start to finish.
Jordan came round the day after we expressed our wish to sell and was very thorough in his viewing of our house and asked all the right questions. He then sat down and explained all about other houses the agent had marketed in the area and went through a folder of information he had already put together on our house before he arrived. He then knocked my socks off with his valuation! He hadn't brought any contract paperwork into the house as he didn't want to pressurise us but was able to fetch it and complete it once we said we'd like to go ahead. Again he went through this very carefully answering all our questions until we were happy and understood the procedure. He even altered the contract where he thought a couple of terms were unfair to us.
The "for sale" sign was up early the next morning.
A week was taken for preparation of the photos and brochure and then Imogen took over for viewings and negotiation and again was thoroughly professional in her handling of these matters. Her communication was very good and we were aware of what was going on at all times. She organised some viewings and by the early evening of the day of the first viewings we had bargained with the buyer through the agent, brief mention must be made of Antony at this point as he was also involved and was also excellent, and accepted an offer.
The "Sold ST" sign was up on Saturday morning!
So we rang on Monday, saw Jordan on Tuesday, had the sign up on Wednesday and a week later had viewings and a sale on Friday - you can't argue with that!
