Bairstowe eves = Barefaced theives! we have been trying to get back £200 which they had owed us since Feb 26th! Gemma Never returns our calls and we found out that our house was on the market a whole month before it should of been so breached our contract Gemma said she couldnt understand it as she is the one who "press's the button" well Gemma Bond Branch Manager you must of pressed the button so it went on rightmove and Zoopla before the contracted time ! it was terrible, on rightmove with just a wonky picture with wheely bins out the front no interior pictures which to me sounds like it needs renovation the description was "this is a 2 bed semi detached" we were also sent a proof to confirm that the details were correct, they got the price wrong! they spelt disappointment DISAPOITMENT and the photo's were awful did not do our lovely home justice... we told Gemma we wanted them done again and this was before we knew that they had put the house on rightmove before the contracted date, we are stil trying to get our money back even though a BACS payment should only take 3 days max,we have contacted the accounts department personaly as Gemma doesnt seem to be having any joy and we have to chase her daily for updates!!... she has now acknowledge that the contract is null and void as they where in breach but we are still waiting for our £200.00
