I've lived in London 14+ years, dealing with many different agencies, and this is hands down the worst agency there is. They are lazy, disorganised, rude, absent (good luck trying to get anything fixed if it breaks, they don't reply). They are a bunch of absolute * who don't know how to do their jobs. I have dozens of complaints against them (I am in touch with the housing ombudsman regarding these points). I urge you to stay away from any property managed by these crooks. So glad I never have to deal with them again!

Thanks Alex for your unkind words, perhaps a well constructed and worded email to myself may have been more appropriate and useful but you clearly wanted to have a rant.
Before going to the ombudsman you have to comply with the company complaints procedure which will involve you having to construct a sensible email without calling us "cretins" and "lazy"

Thanks for the review, here is a few points you conveniently left out of your review:
1. You failed to replace the mattress as agreed at the start of the tenancy and Jesse had to run around trying to help you out
2. All bills aren't paid, the communal heating and hot water bill is still outstanding (not your fault) but we have to hold funds back
