I'm a Landlord and I would not trust Priya.
Incompetent and rude.
I paid them to complete a new tenancy agreement and with guarantees and they lost the documents that I have paid for, now the value of that agreement is worthless.
Incompetent and enhanced with arrogance.

The document was sent to you by Royal Mail, an email copy was sent to you 3 weeks ago and we have already advised you that another original is with us and we are prepared to provide this to you. Ripping off poor students.
House is very shabby, demanding rent but not keeping up with repairs.
Washing machine which is paid for with rent stopped working (ancient machine) replacement sent but never fitted even though priya notified.
