We sold our flat in Lewisham as we were moving to Canada and our agent Simon Kyriacou was excellent and found us a buyer within 2 weeks and successfully negotiated a higher price from the buyer, he was very quick to handle any enquiries from the solicitors and the housing association and turned off our utilities and checked our mail after we had vacated the flat, which made our lives much easier as were were out of the country. He has very good knowledge of the area and is very reliable, highly recommended.
