Exemplary service from beginning to end. Careful evaluation of the property and assessment of the market. Excellent brochure and good use of advertising. Good at showing prospective clients the property and good judgement as to likely buyers. Brought transaction to a satisfactory conclusion and provided appropriate liaison with conveyancing lawyers. Very good follow up after exchange of contracts and in overseeing of completion, including reading of meters and checking arrangements with furniture removers. Highly recommended.
