My husband and I have used the team at Davey Stone to sell 2 properties. Firstly a one bed flat in Shoreditch about 6 years ago and the owner Simon Stone offered such a personal, efficient service and sold the flat so quickly that it was an easy decision to go with him and his team again. (Previous to that, we had tried to go with some of the bigger chain estate agents and got such a poor service that we were nervous of putting our property on the market and nervous of dealing with agents.) Simon was great and we have recommended the team at Davey Stone to friends because Simon will get the job done and in a very decent way which can't be said for all estate agents. We sold a second property late last year again in Shoreditch with Simon and his team, Yvonne in particular stood out for us and was instrumental in pushing through the sale in a very tough climate.
