I have just completed on a share ownership house. Hawkins have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I could not be more grateful .
From the listing, which includes lots of photos, video, and information regarding leasehold length, charges and other details (which many estate agents conveniently and purposely leave out). I immediately knew what kind of property I was buying.
At the viewing, I immediately fell in love, the agent advised he would arrange for the me the shareownership application form to be sent strightaway. Amanda sent this to me within a few minutes as the viewing was at the end of the day.
Amanda was absolutely amazing and supportive all way through. Always extremely prompt and very welcoming and friendly. She was always there to help me with any issues during an extremely stressful time caused by unresponsive solicitors on both sides. She did everything she could to find out information to keep me up to date. I would just like to say another massive thankyou to Amanda for everything you have done and for keeping me sane. And for showing so much care in a world where it's almost impossible to get a service anywhere these days. Highly recommended!
