From the very first contact with the branch (via Rightmove) we were very impressed. Simon and Traci contacted us several times via email and telephone to arrange a convenient viewing. Simon arrived promptly, and guided us through the property, providing both background of the property, and features. The communication following our offer, the drinks for the kids in the branch whilst we did the paperwork, the follow up emails and everything being done professionally, on time and with real courtesy was a real surprise, and is sadly a rarity nowadays.
On move in day, we were met at the property with the paperwork already completed, and purely requiring signature.
The following week, we had a follow up call, and have been constantly kept informed of when the landlord is popping in, work that the gardener is going to be doing and any questions have been immediately resolved.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Belvoir are not the cheapest... but I believe the well known adage, 'you pay for what you get' holds true and, as an overseas landlord I am happy to pay the little extra for the assurance and comfort it brings to know everything is being managed well.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
