I cannot recommend Simon & Co highly enough. Relocating to Bournemouth this year has been incredibly difficult for our family. We have two young children and our move was far from straight forward. Simon mediated between us and the vendor with incredible sensitivity, empathy and tact. Throughout the arduous process of house buying he was human, approachable and always responsive. He did everything within his power to make things go smoothly for us, even when it meant he could lose out financially. Honestly we rave about him to everyone. He made an unbearable situation bearable. It made all the difference to us and our children. Even after completion he has continued to provide advice and guidance. We really value his integrity.
