After a few weeks of dealing with other local estate agents we were definitely feeling disheartened until finding the property we ultimately rented with JT. Mikolaj was very helpful when showing us the property though we were slightly confused with the explanation of the fees and the deposit / first month's rent was due a lot sooner than we had understood (though this was at the landlord's request). The fees were very reasonable in comparison with other agents we had looked with and the whole moving in process ran very smoothly.

Since moving in we have found JT extremely helpful, whenever we contacted with an issue we were replied to very quickly and never had to wait long for someone to be round to fix the problem. A slight issue is the ongoing mould which we were assured before moving in was a cosmetic issue and is the only thing that the contractor JT sent was unable to help with.

On the whole a good service, and definitely better than any other local agents (especially Winkworths) we had been to before finding the flat, would have no qualms recommending to friends and family.
