Simon really has evolved what it means to be an estate agent. I used Simon & Co following a recommendation from my partner who had used him with a previous sale. I was really impressed with Simon's approach - he was incredibly clear and transparent with his process and sat down to take me through each step in the journey. I was particularly impressed with his focus on capturing the property in the best possible light, using a wide array of photography and videography to give prospective buyers a well rounded view of what the property has to offer.
From my experience (and that of my partner) I can't recommend Simon enough - bottom line is that my property sold for 27% more than the original purchase price, within 3 years of me purchasing it - beating all of my expectations. Simon already had a buyer lined up and it was a quick sale - everything I was looking for.
Thank you Simon & Co - I look forward to working with you again in the future.
