Used Milburys Thornbury branch to manage my property. They are useless and incompetent. They charge over the top for small jobs to be done and then when checked after tenants left the jobs were not done properly ( using masking tape and charging ridiculous amounts. ) don’t waste your time going with this agency

We have been unable to verify your details on our system based on the information that you have provided. To clarify the maintenance team that we use will always provide you a quote for you to approve. If there were any jobs that you felt hadn't been done correctly then we would of course review the works and put right any issues.
Our lettings team are one of the most experienced teams within the property industry and our reviews back this up. I would like to think that if you were this unhappy then you would have made contact with Milburys directly.
