We have had a terrible experience of W H Brown, where there is no consistency with staff, who are completely unprofessional, incompetent and argumentative. They started by getting our advert wrong, with pictures that we did not approve, but they still went ahead and listed us. Almost 3 months later they still do not have the advert or pictures correct. They are argumentative with us "the customer" and made to feel we are being unreasonable. But we are the customer who just wishes to have their property accurately advertised. There solution is for us to drop our price... how about advertising us properly.
We feel they are making no effort to sell us, and it is just a case of we are one of many properties on their books so they can show potential buyers, look how many properties we have to make them stand out.
On looking around at other estate agents we have also discovered they are very expensive. We shall be terminating our contract with them.
We highly recommend you steer clear of this company !
