We found all the staff at Haarts of Thetford pleasant and helpful during our house sale and purchase but must say a big thank you in particular to NADINE who took all of the stress away from us by chasing all solicitors and agents involved and keeping us fully up to date with everything that was going on ,
In an industry that sometimes has a bad name it must be a comfort to Haarts to have such an experience employee who is prepared to go the extra mile for their customers,we can't speak highly enough of Nadine,, thanks once again,Rod and Chris whyatt

What agent could do to change your mind?
Both of them can try treating their customers with some respect and not treating them like an inconvenience. Start returning calls, emails and deliver on your promises! Act in the best interest of the tenant well as the land lord and start treating your clients with some dignity and respect!Attached Filesnbsp;

I used Haart's Thetford branch. Sold throught them but they never knew what was going on. In the end we delt with buyer on the phone. Their conveyancing goes to some big office up north, who also never know whats going on! Sale did go ...
