I had called in to try find a property for my brother. Gareth was very rude and not interested in trying to help. He kept saying look on rightmove, look online. Which I had, when I tried to explain the personal situation he said he couldnt help. I wasnt even able to fully explain the situation. What has happened to basic customer service and compassion? I called many agents who were not able to help but where still excellent in the customer service delivered. His behaviour leads me to believe Beecroft is an agency that does not care about people or tenants. This would have taken place a few weeks ago. It just took me the time to write the review as many other things have occured.
