Megan has done a pretty good job or reassuring me when I had a lot of panic this year regarding my tenancy agreement. Issues on the property could be sorted out faster, with most issues I’ve had taking around a month to resolve, but I don’t know if that’s down to the landlord of communication, so I can’t comfortably point a direct finger at anyone. However every interaction with Megan is often quick and lighthearted, and often very reassuring.
