Extremely disappointed with the way we were treated as renters. On check out, charged me £30 from my deposit for forgetting to remove a minuscule amount of tape, and £50 for carpet cleaning after spending £300 on their recommended cleaning company for deep cleaning.
Throughout our time in the property they would come up with charges and after charges, which we managed to waive, but after much dispute.
Conversations was scarce, and they would never seem to understand or try to get to the bottom of the problem. Also, would refuse to give us a rolling contract, and would put rent up every six month despite no improvements being done to the property.
I would give 0 stars if possible, but the site doesn't allow me.
