Louise, Steve and their team have worked so hard for us throughout our sale process. Through no fault of their own it's been a lengthy one, and Louise has always been thoroughly lovely to deal with, always positive and proactive, as well as the rest of the team - Steve, James, Angela and Molly to name a few - who were available in addition to or in Louise's absence.
