This estate agent did not feed back to us. There was an open day for a property which my company wanted to view. We sent a request through their website and also used their chat facility on the website.

No one got back to us. The advert stated there was an open day on a particular day for this property. We passed this property several times throughout the day and knocked on the door.

There was no open day. We rang the office and were told someone will get in touch with us but again had no reply. My team tried several times to view this property on the day but no one got back to us. Looks like they are not interested in making an effort for their client. This is very unprofessional and they waste other people's time.
