The ladies at the Alvaston branch of Hannells are a true credit to Hannells, they have always been helpful, cheerful and full of enthusiasm. I have been in contact almost daily with Heather, Richaella and Amy.
Nothing has been too much for them, they have answered my queries, and been reassuring every step of the way.
