There are a high number of estate agents serving Hove, but I only wanted to instruct a sole agent, and I'm so happy I chose Goldin Lemcke. As soon as Miles Tarbox came to value my house, I knew he was the agent of my choice. He was friendly, and enthusiastic, had a great knowledge of the local market, and was just a great guy. We had a tricky ride with our buyer, but Miles kept us updated at all times, along with the rest of the team at the office. Everybody on the team knew what was going on at all times, and they proactively navigated the sale through to completion. I highly recommend this agent.
