When it came to selling two rental properties in Westcliff-on-Sea, Rob Crowe came highly recommended... and now I know why. He brings to the job many, many years of invaluable experience in the property market, and seems to specialise in the more "challenging" properties.
In my case, two neighbouring flats (with relatively short leases, and tenants in situ) didn't even phase Rob, who liaised with the rental agents whenever was necessary. Within days of my initial email, Rob was able to advise me as to how much each flat might be worth - with and without a lease extension - as well as how I should proceed. By following his advice I had a cash buyer for BOTH properties, a week after the details had been drawn up.
Even then, where another agent might have stepped back and let Solicitors toss emails back-and-forth forever-and-a-day, Rob was always there to rattle the chains, and keep the sale on track. And when the Freeholder decided that now might be the perfect time to propose major roof works (the dreaded "Section 20"), Rob was there again with a metaphorical hand upon my shoulder, and a metaphorical stiff drink to go with it, to assure me that this wasn't anything that he hadn't seen before... and that we would get through it. Which, of course, we did.
In summary, I really can't speak highly enough of Rob. If you want to shift your property, he's your man. You really need look no further.
