Highly Professional, Very Helpful and Super Friendly
During the process of property hunting and securing the house that I have since moved into, I have been extremely happy with how friendly and professional everyone at Hannells has been. My first dealings were with on the phone with Olivia, (I didn't think to ask for a last name though, so I don't know which Olivia I was talking to at that point), who was really helpful and super friendly and an all out pleasure to talk to.
When I was accepted for my now new home, it was Chloe who took over dealing with me and I found Chloe to also be very friendly and helpful and as with everyone at Hannells that I've dealt with so far, highly professional.
I also had brief email correspondence with Olivia Mee, while Chloe was on leave and this was really helpful and professional.
This has been a super stressful time for me, but thanks to the awesome team at Hannells, it's been a lot less stressful than it could have been. Thank you to you all.
