Bernards have been superb so far.
Every step of the way, they have explained the process clearly and have always been there to answer the phone.
We initially listed our property with another local agent, and after several weeks, felt we were not getting the interest and response we would expect. We called Bernards, spoke to Martin initially, who came to see our house and showed a genuine and passionate interest in changing our fortunes.
Within a week of going to market with Bernards, Martin, David, Gemma and the team had secured several viewings and an offer we were happy to accept.
