My experience has been good with Martin & Co. Special thanks to Juliet for her support throughout the process. Overall Martin & Co have a well established team, software & partner agents to help the potential tenants find a good house.
Thanks to Kelly for explaining the whole process and property details during the 2 viewings.
Few improvements can be made though, especially related to support for utilities, cleaning & maintenance in the initial month of handover.
