Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this agency,and I would like to give a heads up to others who are looking to rent through them.I know how difficult is when you find a house you like but at least you can be more careful than us. So we were renting property for 4 years, had just regular 6m checks which were fine, however landlord was involved from the beginning, we had to meet him, ask him permission for literally everywhere. At the end he asked us to leave the house in one way and agency did the worst report possible to make money out for both I presume. We feel completely betrayed and frauded. It is a long story to write so I won't go in details .We had to pay for things we were told to leave in the way we did and never got a chance to fix things how they wanted. They are just money, money, money! No humanity, not listening, just strictly by the book and making money in their and landlords interest. So, if you ever have to rent property through them, do everything by the contract, report every single bit and don't let landlord be involved in anything! Don't let them take your hard earned money for lies ! Good luck
