I was a tenant for 2 years and could never get any help with any repairs, my floors were collapsing and had big holes in and I was in a flat on the 2nd floor, when I asked for them to be repaired due to their age and condition I just got told someone would be round, it was a shame as the property could have been lovely and was wasted on this company, my boiler never worked I had to get outsiders in to repair it and then send the bill to Malcolm directly as I only ever dealt with him, not that it helped, stay away from these if you want value for money.
