Martin & Co maintained a great standard across Scotland, as I knew them in Glasgow and was delighted to work with them again in Aberdeen. Among the few flats I viewed the condition of the flat they maintain is with great standards and landlords will definitely be at ease as they look after the place. As a tenant, I'm confident that they will address any issue or concerns and any future issues if any. I had the privilege to meet Kelly Kennedy for my viewing appointment and she was above and beyond, not only answered my question but highlighted the negative (what is not included/ not available) and positive of the place, and she was delighted to answer my request for a wander around the car park area. I left my appointment delighted and right away called to reserve the property. If you are a landlord or a tenant they will ensure you have a less stressful experience. I highly recommend them.
