If I could, I would give this company NEGATIVE STARS.
DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY.
This has been by far the worst rental experience Ive ever had, and I've been renting now for over 17 years.
First of all, we are internationals. Before moving in, we asked how to get electricity and gas sorted. They advised us that these would be available for 2 weeks when we moved in, and that would give us time to sort out more formal contract. We moved in - of course, no electricity whatsoever.
Moreover, the house was FILLED with garbage when we arrived. Mould in the washing machine. An overgrown garden you couldnt walk through. Hand prints very wall. Stains all over the bathroom. Filthy oven. Very THREE steps I vacuumed, I completely filled our vacuum's containers. You honestly couldnt breath in there.
We contact our agent - Lukasz - immediately, who advised us that we only need to do a 'good clean' at the end, because clearly the house was a mess.
Now, this is included that our heating went down - took them 5 days to fix it in winter. Our washing machine broke - took 7 WEEKS and literally 30 emails /phone calls for them to even consider replacing it. Our tree collapsed in our backyard after a storm - took them a month to send someone. And the backyard fence also blew over, took 4 months for a fence to be replaced. Oh, and the owner hasn't paid counsel tax for several years, and someone came by the house to evict us/collect property for unpaid taxes.
So at the end of tenancy, THEY SEND US A BILL BECAUSE THE HOUSE for 'CLEANING' and cleaning the 'OVEN' (please see attached photos of their documentation of the house before we moved in - and how there is junk/garbage in every room).
Leaders has alot to answer for in my respects. Not only do they intentionally ignore the first 5 emails you send, but then you try to talk to a senior manager, and its a different manager everyday. And they absolutely never call you back.
I think Leaders should be ashamed of the way they treat their tenets. We left the house 500x times better than we found - garden was perfect, no spots anywhere on the walls or bathroom, no junk in the rooms... and yet they still want to charge you 'a cleaning fee'
Shame on you leaders
Honestly, do NOT rent with this company. It is not worth your time and energy.

Even after multiple complaints ive sent directly to leaders the company themselves and online reviews, the company still hasn\'t contacted me back. And have continued to INSIST we owe them 140.00 in outstanding cleaning fees. The most customer service they could muster was a generic \'we strive for good service\' response, and then literally zero follow-up.
I think Leaders should be ashamed of the way they treat their tenets. We left the house 500x times better than we found - garden was perfect, no spots anywhere on the walls or bathroom, no junk in the rooms... and yet they still want to charge you \'a cleaning fee\'
