I can honestly say dealing with Roger has been the most unpleasant experience I have ever had to endure. He is rude, condescending, and damed right obnoxious. The information he gives out is vague and not to be relied on. He is without doubt the worse excuse of an estate agent I have encounter and frankly give the industry its reputation.
The communication via emails he and his office assistant sent to me get top awards for rudeness.
I would advise anyone to give this man and his estate agent a very wide berth. He without doubt conspired with the vendors to withdraw from the sale.
