After a hard summer of searching for a flat, we went into this flat viewing with not the highest hopes. We had arranged the viewing with Kelly Kennedy, and she met us at the property. What a friendly and enthusiastic face to be shown the flat by! Kelly was very informative, happily answered all our queries and just generally made our experience extremely enjoyable and easy.
