I am very happy to provide a recommendation for Mick at Gooding & Co. as we were so impressed with his approach that we decided to go with him despite our house not being in his usual areas covered. Having met some local agents that were clearly more interested in their own commission opportunities than putting their customer first, Mick and teams approach were extremely refreshing.

Mick took the time to go through the sales process and how best to approach the sale of the property, which in this instance was the use of an open house. We were able to be very hands off - Mick and Leila managed everything from the production of high resolution images as well as the glossy sales materials, then booked in all the viewings and conducted the open house without us needing to be there.

Mick communicated clearly throughout the process and in a timely fashion, and would always be at the end of the phone for an update or advice where needed. Our buyer was a first time buyer and Mick worked over and above to help them through the process too; not something he needed to do but it all helped in a successful chain completion.

I would definitely use Gooding & Co again, and would happily recommend the team to anyone who is selling!
