As a buyer I have never been able to view a single property through Borne whether Woking office or Guildford office. The staff always have some excuse for not showing the property. Once, only once, I manged to secure a viewing a week in advance, on the day they cancelled on me the last minute. When I asked for explanation, as the reason he gave me was not convincing, he started shouting at me and threatened to put the phone down.
The staff is very unhelpful, lazy and rude.
