We've just bought our first house, working with Vince in the West Norwood branch, who's truly a star!
Vince is friendly yet professional and is highly responsive. He has gone above and beyond his job throughout the last few months, including responding to emails whilst on holiday (really sorry Vince!).
Vince has rallied the chain, getting things moving multiple times: when things went quiet; dates were pushed back; and communication stalled. He responds quickly and is a great mediator.
