Brannen act as the property managers for the freehold that controls my apartment. They have been in charge for 18 months and have allowed all maintenance issues to drag on indefinitely. There is serious water damage to the property that has not been maintained; a broken lock to the block has not been fixed after 4 months; there is evidence of water ingress in multiple sites. The agent has been dismissive, evasive, and arrogant in all communication. I would strongly advise customers to avoid this company and seek alternatives. In 20+ years of living in this property they are the singularly worst agent I have had the misfortune to deal with.

Good Afternoon, please contact me on [email protected] - if you wish to discuss any of these issues further. We would of course expect the boiler to be working when you moved into a property. The gas safety certificate and boiler service (where applicable) are undertaken once a year. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
