I don't normally do reviews, I expect services and products to do what they are supposed to do and tend to comment when they don't. How are you supposed to wax lyrical to amazon about a light bulb that is delivered within a few days?
However, my thoughts on Brookdale.
I don't have to have any. I don't have to think about the property.
I don't have to think about the tenants. I don't have to think about finance. Brookdale does all my thinking for me.
To date, I have had few tenants with even fewer gaps in rental. The tenants have never caused me sleepless nights and are able to contact Brookdale easily to sort out any queries (why is it nearly always to do with plumbing?). All the staff are brilliant so I can't pick just one.
Brookdale ensures I am kept up to date and compliant with all legislation, that alone is practically a full time job in recent years.
Dave Curtis started taking care of the property around about the time I got married, only 30 or so years ago. I hope we will all be around for the next 30.
When I consider the problems that some friends have had renting a property, I know that Brookdale are the best and they are certainly worth leaving a review for.
