Natasha Osunde of Pedder, Sydenham has been our estate agent for the last 18 months and I can recommend her and Pedder to anyone who wants to rent their property. Natasha is an old school type of person who believes in personal service where you are honest, you do what you say and in the best interest of your client. Renting out a property through Pedder was easy and efficient and there were no hidden charges. Her staff are very good, as well as one would expect with Natasha at the helm. Anytime there was an issue that I needed assistance with, someone was there to help me and with little fuss. Overall, this was the first time in a few years where I really did not have to worry much as a landlord. Of course, I would be even more pleased if I had to pay less but we can't have everything! I will be using Pedder again for renting the property.
