We are currently using Benjamin's for our house sale which is due for imminent exchange and completion as well as buying a house listed with Benjamin's.

My basis for reviews and recommendations doesn't come from when things go well but what companies and their staff do to alleviate concerns and worries when things don't work out. Our first sale fell through very quickly in the process due to our buyers being unable to secure funds for the purchase.

When this happened the Ruddington office of Benjamin's were calm, despite our panic, and listed all our options along with their recommendations going forward on how to solve the issue. As a result a new buyer was found within a week.

We have always found the staff, especially Kayleigh and Mora to be friendly, knowledgeable and approachable with any questions we had regarding our sale and purchase and from start to (nearly) finish they have been excellent.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
