We cannot speak highly enough about Lee. The sale of our property went beautifully, Lee found us the most wonderful and patient buyers and this would turn out to be more important that we could fathom. Our chain became long and complicated above us, without the constant chasing and investigation by Lee I doubt we'd have ever exchanged. He saw warning signs very early on and was able to prepare us. 6 months later and more emails and Lee finally got us over the line after what must have been hundreds of emails and calls to solicitors and agents alike. If you're looking for an agent who values the sake as much as you do, look no further!

You really havent told all of the story. You emailed in to view a property. I sent you a reply providing you with lots of additional informaton but also with some standard questions we ask to help qualify buyers. You rang asking if you had to complete it because you had a baby?! I explained we have had 100 enquiries and was it really that much to ask to complete around 6 questions.
